SOURCING SOLUTIONS

Our sourcing solutions are based on a multiphase process, EFFORT Talent Pipeline (ETP), that enables us to provide the Right Fit to match an organizations culture, role requirements and goals.

» Sourcing Types

Temporary / Contract

Temporary hires offer a flexible solution for last minute fill-ins, short or long term projects, or peak seasons to organizations. EFFORT offers a wide range of professional and technical skill sets for temporary engagements.

Contract to Hire

Temp-to-hire allows the employer to assess potential new employees before making a hiring commitment. This term can be longer or shorter than estimated, depending on the quantity needed, level of demand for a specific skill set, cost per hire, and other factors.

Direct Placement

EFFORT assumes the responsibility of advertising, screening, testing, and presenting qualified candidates for a successful addition to the organization.

Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO)

RPO’s act as a company’s internal recruitment function for a portion, or all of the requirement. EFFORT can manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the on-boarding process of new employees to improve a company’s route to market, time to hire, quality of candidates, verifiable metrics, cost reduction and compliance.
